Personal and group supervisor(s)
MBO and HBO level
Move2Skool is looking for an enthusiastic personal supervisor! In this role you are responsible for providing intensive guidance to children with a care need. You support the children in their development and contribute to their well-being and safety.
Job description:
• Guiding and supporting children with developmental delays and/or disorders;
• Be able to submit a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
• Drawing up individual support plans and evaluation reports;
• Monitoring the care surrounding the child and maintaining contact with other healthcare providers and stakeholders;
• Observe and evaluate the child's development; • Contribute to a safe and stimulating environment for the child;
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to optimize care and support for the child;
• Identifying any problems or changes in the child's situation and responding appropriately.
Job requirements:
• A completed MBO or HBO course in Social Work, pedagogy or other relevant course.
• Able to submit a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
• SKJ registration is an advantage or you are willing to obtain it.
• At least 2 years of work experience working with children with care needs.
• Knowledge of and experience with development-oriented and solution-oriented guidance.
• Good communication skills and able to work well with others (both internally and externally).
• Flexible in use.
